About

I’m a mixed-method User Researcher trained in medical anthropology and psychology. My work has covered health services, higher education, cultural programmes and digital products, using interviews, observation, surveys, evidence review and pilot evaluation.

I’m particularly interested in research that changes how a problem is framed before it changes how a service or product is designed. I also prototype and build software when a working artefact is useful for testing an idea.
